Inqom, originally known as Fred de la Compta, is a new generation accounting and tax production software. Inqom had just raised a Serie A financing round and now had to deliver the expected growth and product.
The plan
Three inflection points in three years !
INFLEX'ON has been engaged o support Inqom in refining its Product Market Fit, setting up organisation for growth while managing the runway.
The approach
We conducted a comprehensive audit using the multidimensional glasses to identify Inqom's strengths and areas for improvement. It became apparent that we needed to enhance the product to ensure customer traction, not neglect operational excellence with a focus on reducing technical debt, and establish governance and rituals to meet these challenges within the time allowed by the treasury's capacity.
Inqom then decided to use the advisory service in the form of an independent board member to help convey ambitions to investors and assist the management in focusing on investor expectations.

Ranked number 1 of the 2022 acquisition of the French Tech !
According to a study by Avolta Partners, the acquisition of Inqom by the Visma group is ranked as the largest acquisition in the French Tech for 2022.
Inqom is now, after its merger with Visma group, a market leader in accounting software in France
